How do I lose 20 pounds in 30 days?
There are several things we need to address with weight loss.
First is Hydration, you need to consume at least 1 ounce of water per body weight per day. I personally drink 3 gallons of water per day.
Second is Nutrition, I follow a very strict but fun meal plan that has helped me stay in shape year round. You need to understand that you never DIET to lose weight and keep it off you change your lifestyle. Here are a few quick tips, Eat 5-6 small meals throughout each day spaced 3-4 hours apart to keep your metabolism GOING, Never skip a meal especially breakfast,your body shuts down your metabolism and you feed on your muscle and gain fat on anything you eat later on. NEVER eat white Carbs or Sugar, Sugar is what makes us fat. Third is Activity, typically one of two things have happened. You have bad or inconsistent eating habits and you dont exercise properly and/or enough. Well i have good news and bad news, The good news is If you eat well enough ALL the time, you dont need to exercise AS much. If you eat inconsistent or bad you need to exercise ALOT! Weight loss is simple, Consume VERY low to No sugar daily, Eat no White carbs drink water and exercise.
Fourth is Consistency, Dont Diet, you need to change your lifestyle. How bad do you want to be in shape or look good? Keep drinking alcohol to a bare minimum, in the next blog i will tell you which food to eat and which not to eat. Your body take 2-3 weeks to adjust to the changes before the fat drips off. DONT CHEAT, cheating is for the week and people on weight watchers, you cannot get in top physical condition if you believe food rules your every decision in life.
